Tips:
1. You need to use an external power source for the ESP-12 because standard USB doesn’t put out enough current, otherwise you’ll have problems programming it.
2.Make sure the USB cable you use to connect this to your computer is a data cable, not a charging only cable.

If you used it to flash an ESP8266 chip, please check the below steps:
1. Make sure you switch the jumper from the 5v to 3v if working with the ESP8266.
2:Check connections RX to TX, and then TX to RX on this one.
3:Put GPIO0 to ground when powering on to enter Boot/Flashing mode.
4:Remove it from ground after it starts, it only needs to be there to enter flash mode. Use your flasher and upload a .bin
If the TX/RX lights would never blink while transfer?
Removed the DTR-RST connection and pressed the reset on knock off pro mini 5v while compiling then code loaded just fine.
